How to reach us
Need help with an image request, your account or a purchase? Email contact@krea-3.net. This is the contact address for Krea 3 at krea-3.net, including technical questions, billing enquiries, privacy requests and feedback.
We provide support for this independent website. For a purchase or account held directly with Krea AI or another provider, contact the service that issued your receipt.
What to include
A short, specific message helps us find the right information. Please include:
- The email address used for your Krea 3 account.
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- A task identifier or payment reference, if relevant.
- Approximately when the issue occurred, including your time zone.
For a technical problem, you can also include the model selected, your browser and the visible error message. If you attach a screenshot, remove private details that are unrelated to the problem. Never send passwords, verification codes, full card numbers or card security codes.
Billing and privacy requests
For missing credits, a renewal question or an unexpected charge, include the purchase date and reference so the transaction can be located. See the Terms of Service for the distinction between canceling renewal and requesting a refund.
For access, correction or deletion requests, use a subject such as “Privacy request” and explain what you want us to do. We may need to verify account ownership before sharing or changing personal information. The Privacy Policy explains the applicable rights and response periods.
What happens next
Your message gives us the information needed to review the issue; we may reply with a request for a missing detail or a suggested next step. Technical and billing enquiries take different amounts of time, especially when a payment or model provider must be consulted. We do not promise a fixed resolution time.
If you have more information, reply in the same email conversation so the details stay together. Please describe feedback in terms of what you wanted to achieve; a concrete example is more useful than a general error report.
