The service and these terms

These Terms of Service apply to Krea 3 at krea-3.net. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. In these terms, “we” refers to the operator of this website and “you” refers to the person or organization using it.

Krea 3 provides a browser interface for image generation and editing using text instructions and, where supported, uploaded references. This is an independent service, not an official Krea AI website. The model selected in the editor determines the processing available for a request; our website name does not guarantee access to a particular provider's model.

Your account and access

You must have the legal capacity or authorization needed to use the service and make purchases. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.

Use accurate account information and keep access secure. Do not share verification codes or let another person misuse your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account, subject to applicable law.

We give you a limited, non-exclusive permission to use the service through its available interfaces while you comply with these terms. This permission does not transfer ownership of our software or allow access beyond the limits of your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use Krea 3 to:

• Create, upload or distribute unlawful content, sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights, or use a person's image without the permission or lawful basis required.
• Commit fraud, impersonate someone deceptively, or present a generated image as authentic evidence when doing so would mislead or harm others.
• Bypass safety measures, exploit credits, manipulate payment processes or evade account restrictions.
• Interfere with the service through malware, unauthorized automated access or attempts to access another user's information.
• Copy or reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where applicable law permits it.

Model providers may impose additional restrictions on requests they process. You remain responsible for checking whether your intended use is permitted.

Your uploads and generated results

You retain the rights you already hold in uploaded material. You grant us the limited permission needed to receive, store, transmit and process that material to provide your requested generation, deliver results, maintain account history and address support requests. This permission does not transfer ownership of your uploads. Our Privacy Policy describes the handling of personal information.

You may use outputs to the extent allowed by applicable law, your plan and the terms governing the selected model. We do not claim exclusive ownership of an output solely because you created it through this service. This does not guarantee that an output qualifies for copyright protection, is unique, or is free of another person's rights. Commercial use remains subject to those conditions.

Names, logos, software and other service materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Using the service does not grant a license to represent yourself as an official partner of Krea 3 or any model provider.

Credits, subscriptions and billing

The editor shows the credit cost associated with the available generation settings. Different models, resolutions and output quantities can have different costs. Review those details before submitting a request.

The pricing page and checkout identify the package or subscription being purchased, its price, billing interval and included credits. Review any stated expiry, renewal or usage conditions before paying. Free access, when offered, is subject to the limits displayed with that offer.

A subscription renews according to the terms shown at checkout unless it is canceled. Stripe processes payments, and your payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or other charges. Do not treat an on-screen payment message as a substitute for checking your purchase confirmation and account balance.

Cancellation and refund requests

Use the subscription-management option available in your account to cancel renewal. If that option is unavailable or you cannot access it, contact contact@krea-3.net for assistance. Include the account email and relevant payment reference, and allow time for the request to be handled before renewal.

For a disputed charge, missing credits, a failed paid request or a refund enquiry, describe what happened and provide the relevant reference. Refund requests are assessed according to the purchase terms, the circumstances and applicable law. Canceling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions; contact us if you need both. Nothing here excludes a mandatory refund, withdrawal or other consumer right.

Service availability and account closure

Features, supported models and processing availability may change. Maintenance, provider failures or other interruptions can delay or prevent requests. Save the files you need rather than relying on the service as your only archive.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, security threats, fraud or a legal requirement. Where practicable and legally permitted, we will explain the issue and how to contact us about it. You can stop using the service and request account closure by email. Contact us separately about an active subscription so that its renewal status can be checked. Any remaining payment obligations and statutory rights survive account closure as applicable.

Disclaimers and liability

AI outputs are generated interpretations. They may contain errors, unexpected changes or material that is unsuitable for your purpose. Review faces, lettering, product details and other important features before using an image. You are responsible for deciding whether an output fits your intended use.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a warranty of uninterrupted availability, a particular result, or suitability for every purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost business opportunities or loss of data arising from use of the service. These limitations apply only where lawful. They do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, and do not reduce mandatory consumer protections.

Applicable protections, changes and contact

These terms operate subject to applicable law, including mandatory protections available where you live. Nothing in them requires you to waive a legal right or use a dispute procedure where such a requirement would be invalid.
